Iternatura was hired by the Centre for Mediterranean Cooperation to support the organisation of the IUCN Mediterranean Forum, held in Malaga from 22 to 25 November 2010. This event, which brought together over 300 leaders and representatives of governments, NGOs, scientific community and the business sector in the Mediterranean arc, coincided with the 10th Anniversary of the Centre.

The different events were held in the Provincial and City Council and the Albeniz Theatre in the city of Malaga. Iternatura supported the organization of the event and assisted in sponsorship deals and media outreach.

IUCN Mediterranean Forum was the event that marked the end of the International Year of Biodiversity in the Mediterranean and the beginning of the next decade of biodiversity, establishing the basis for measuring progress towards achieving the objectives post-2010 in the Mediterranean. The forum set the stage for IUCN members, institutions and partners in the region to articulate their commitments to the conservation and sustainable development in the Mediterranean.
